HR Assistant
About the Role
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources department by assisting with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, data entry, filing, scheduling interviews, and maintaining confidential personnel information. Supports daily HR operations while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous office, administrative, or HR experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy
