Ricardo and Yolando Gonzalez founded R&D Personnel in 1999 with the belieft that strong work ethics can transcend and form a partnership between the Valley's workforce and the ever growing companies that are moving into our area. The idea to open a staffing agency was conceived by their neighbor who worked in management at a manufacturing company that lost time and money finding qualified personnel. Ricardo has worked 29 years in the oilfield industry and understands fully the rewards of hard work and dedication from both the company's and employee's perspective. Yolanda has been an educator for the past 28 years and since 1999 as a migrant teacher where she observed first-hand qualified hard working people who lacked a link to potential employers. Together they founded R&D Personnel to find jobs for their community's population and have been helping people hel themselves, companies thrive and a partnership has been formed for almost a decade.
